Thick Carbon Steel Sheet Gas Flame Cutting Machine With 2 Torches

Introduction

“CG1-100H” gas cutting machine (two torches) is one of main products of our company. It is designed well and beautiful. We do technical innovations and optimizations for it based on “CG1-30”. This machine adopts new material, which improves the serviceability, durability heat-insulating property and practicability.Distributor adopts integral flame adjuster. You only need one time of adjusting preheat oxygen and cutting oxygen. In the next cutting, when you open the valve, the nature of flame doesn’t change.“Double-torch” machine can load two torches and cut at the same time. Also, you can use them to cut ”V” or “X” groove.

Structure

1. Hoses: Oxygen hose, Preheating oxygen hose and cutting oxygen hose

2. Cross moving hand wheel: To adjust horizontal position of torch.                             

3. Cross moving gear rack

6. Clutch hand knob: “STOP” is declutch; “START” is combine.

7. Thermal baffle: To prevent heat to diffuse into the inner of machine.         

8. Motor. Changeover switch: To control the direction of machine, “stop” position is in the middle.

 9. Fuel gas two-port valve: To adjust the flow.

10. Preheating oxygen two-port valve: To adjust the flow.

11. Cutting oxygen two-port valve: To adjust the flow.

17. Adjusting speed knob: It can increase the cutting speed along “0” toward “10” clockwise, and decrease the speed along “10” toward “0” anti-clockwise.
