Introduction

The standard CG2-600 circular cutter is equipped with a cutting torch as standard. The "CG2-600" semi-automatic circular cutting machine is cast from aluminum alloy and is lightweight and portable. The mechanical two-speed regulation system adopts thyristor antenna speed regulation, ensuring a stable operating speed. The bottom feet of the fuselage are equipped with rollers for convenient movement. This device is placed on the steel plate to be cut through three support points on its base. The motor speeds up the speed through the reducer, driving the central shaft to rotate for cutting. The radius of the cutting circle can be adjusted as needed, and cutting can also be carried out when the steel plate is placed vertically or at an Angle. The use of this circular cutting machine can improve work efficiency, ensure cutting quality and effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers. This machine adopts two-speed regulation. The speed regulation system uses silicon-controlled rectifier for speed regulation, ensuring precise adjustment. The main circuit of the cutting torch is equipped with a main valve. When cutting steel plates of the same thickness, only the flame needs to be adjusted once, and no further adjustment is required thereafter. This device is equipped with a gas rotary distributor and the rubber hose does not tangle. This device effectively reduces working time, lowers the labor intensity of workers and improves work efficiency to a certain extent.
