Introduction

This machine is mainly suitable for cutting thick materials with high grinding tools such as plastic cups, cake boxes, sponge electronic brushes, scouring pads and sponges, and thick plastic products.

• Double oil cylinders, precise four-column automatic balance double connecting rod mechanism, ensuring that the cutting depth accuracy at each cutting position is ±0.1mm.

• When the cutting head is pressed down, it automatically slows down 10mm before touching the cutting knife. With two-stage pressure application, when the upper working plate is pressed down to the cutting knife, it switches to flexible cutting, ensuring that there is no dimensional error between the top and bottom layers when cutting multiple layers of materials.

• Due to the balance of the cutting, the wear and tear of the die and the cutting plate can be greatly reduced, the cutting edge has a better effect, and the consumption of the cutting plate can be further reduced.

• Unique setting structure, in combination with the cutting knife and cutting height. Make the stroke adjustment simple and accurate.

• The single-sided automatic feeding mechanism and automatic lubrication system, controlled by PLC computer touch screen program, are easy to operate, have a low failure rate, strong cutting force, and can greatly improve work efficiency.

• It is equipped with a tool rest to fix the tool mold, making it easy to replace and remove, and providing a wide field of vision.

• The central automatic lubrication system eliminates the concern of machine parts being damaged due to manual negligence in oiling.
